Delivery at Society Cycles
Whether it’s a small essential for your daily commute or a brand-new bike for the weekend, we aim to get your gear to your door with zero fuss. Based in Morningside, we handle every order with the care you'd expect from your local bike shop.
Simple, Flat-Rate Shipping
We’ve kept our shipping costs straightforward. If you mix and match accessories with a bike, you’ll only ever pay the single bike delivery fee.

Small Goods & Accessories: £4.00
(Components, clothing, and tools. Usually arrives in 3–5 business days.) -
Bicycles: £35.00
(Fully inspected and safety-checked. Usually arrives in 5–7 business days.) - The "Bundle" Rule: If you buy a bike and add accessories to the order, your total shipping is capped at £35.00
The Society Cycles Standard (Bikes)
We don't just "box" bikes. Every bicycle undergoes a professional Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) by our mechanics before it leaves 179 Morningside Road. We make sure the gears are indexed and the brakes are sharp.
- Transit: Your bike will arrive in a dedicated heavy-duty box. It will be roughly 85% assembled - you’ll just need to straighten the bars and pop the pedals on.
- Support: If you get stuck with the final setup, just give the shop a ring.
International Delivery
Looking for a delivery outside of the UK?
We handle international orders on request.

Issues & Damages
We take pride in our packing, but if the courier has been a bit rough and your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Keep the box and the packaging, snap a couple of photos, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
